This somatically healing live Zoom class will help you connect to and soothe the Parts of you struggling with your physical body.

You can work with minor health issues, tension and body discomfort, somatically stuck emotion, weight and image issues, and/or learning to be more safe, secure and comfortable in your own skin right now - not when your body is "perfect" or "healed".

The schedule for group class begins Monday, September 23rd, and will be every Monday for 8 weeks.  

Mondays at 5pm via Zoom

This is an EXPERIENTIAL class. We will do a lot of gentle, but powerful Internal Family Systems (IFS)-based activities, socially connect, and leverage the group energy field for deep levels of whole-being nourishment.

No prior experience with IFS is necessary, but a good attitude is!

Jordan has created this 8 Week Class for individuals or couples looking to create a deeper connection and understanding of self in a relationship. If you are single, or have a partner, you are welcome to join this program. If you are navigating the next level of your relationship or a better match for your next one, you will want to attend this 8 week class.

Each week there will be a focused theme. I will be utilizing several different modalities, such as, Somatic Therapy – Movement – Orientation – Music – Breathwork – Poetry Music – Guided Meditation and Imagery – Experiential Learning – Emotional Release – Co-regulation and Communication to help identify where you may have an issue creating a deeper connection to self and others.

In this group setting, we will be focused on identifying the issues you are facing in relationships, discover communication tactics to articulate your thoughts and feelings, enhance your emotional intelligence and approach to intimacy, with the goal of breaking free from unhealthy patterns and developing aligned partners going forward.

Class Structure of “IFS for the Body”

Each group meeting will have sturdy structure and ritual AND we'll also have some spontaneity and flow with the group's collective energy to where it needs to go for the highest good of all concerned.

 

 1. We will begin each Group with a short "Getting Present" Exercise.

This meditation, visualization, energy work and/or breathing exercise helps everyone smoothly transition from their busy day into the sacred group space.

 2. Next we'll Socially Connect. We'll each share for 3 minutes about what we noticed during our "Getting Present" Exercise. During each person's turn speaking, all others just listen with compassion.

 3. Then we'll do a Somatic IFS process according to how the group energy feels

 4. Finally, we'll have another round of juicy Social Connection and wrap up for the day.

 5. Optional: Suggestions for Home practices will be available.

 NOTE: If our total members are +8 people, we'll go into Zoom "Breakout Rooms" of 3 or 4 people and then reconnect as a whole group.
